These round forms from Pottery Forms Europe feature a beveled edge that allows the clay to shrink upward during drying, helping to prevent cracking. They can be used individually or stacked to create deeper plates and bowls.

These round forms from Pottery Forms Europe feature a beveled edge that allows the clay to shrink upward during drying, helping to prevent cracking. The advantage of the soft edge pottery forms is that it is not visible if your plate or bowl were made with a pottery form or on the electric pottery wheel.
These pottery forms are only stackable on the hard edge pottery forms. Per examples - stack the Soft Edge 5 inch on the hard edge 6,5 inch.

The newest generation from Pottery Forms Europe are the Straight Edge forms.
Each Form has a 90 degree straight edge, and is 0.75 inch (19mm) deep
When using the Straight Edge Forms, you should remove the form after shaping your plate and SHOULD NOT let the clay dry on the Forms.
