Studio Board Small 9.8 x 11.8 inch / 25 x 30 cm

Our Studio Boards are made from 9 mm high quality MDF material that is within all USA and EU regulations and therefor very suitable for working within the ceramic field.
Even more important - our boards do not fiber and there will be no residu or fiber in your clay!
This material is very strong and will not warp easily under normal use.

The material works as a release agent and your clay does not "stick" to the board.

The board can be used to "rest" your slab before use, as a work surface or assist when flipping your pottery form works.

We recommend to clean with a damp sponge and dry on the side between uses.

The boards are NOT suitable to recuperate / dry and wedge your clay. We advise you to use a plaster surface for this purpose.

If in spite of all your efforts your board warped, put it with the bulged side up and put a heavy pack of clay on top of the board. Give it some time to straighten.
